		<description><![CDATA[Great analysis of Castro&#039;s struggles and his swings. Thanks for this.

It&#039;s unfortunate to see the Cubs and Castro at a crossroads, given the good times that he&#039;s had and the assumed future that he would have when the club entered the good times. As his defensive issues continue to linger and he rolls yet another soft grounder to SS, there&#039;s a growing sense of urgency that the Cubs may need to make a change. I&#039;m still hoping that he returns to some consistency around his career averages and tightens up defensively. That being said, I&#039;d like to see him and Russell switch places for a time. If only to communicate to Starlin that what we care about is him working on his game in general, not proving that he really does have what it takes to be a fantastic SS.]]></description>
