The Mets clearly pitched around Schwarber last night, throwing a lot of breaking and off-speed stuff to keep him from hitting another moonshot.

Hendricks has done well in his last few outings. If we can hit deGrom early, give Kyle a lead, and keep it loud in Wrigley, I like our chances for Game 3.

Yeah, it was frustrating, no doubt. I don’t know what to write here — their starting pitching hasn’t been great, obviously. But their hitting is what’s killing them — Bryant finally got on the board away from Wrigley, but there’s no continuity to their offense. It’s definitely frustrating to watch.
