Baez has a solid skill set, one you would think would translate very well to CF. My only concern would be having two young players (Schwarber and Baez) next to each other basically learning how to play the outfield. Getting Heyword would mitigate the effect but you’d still have to be willing to deal with some growing pains. With the Cubs leap to 97 wins they might be reluctant to take the project route.
