		<description><![CDATA[One thing to acknowledge is the fact that Baez will always be a high variability player. His strikeout numbers will always be high. The key for him (and Russell and Soler) is to raise the floor. Longevity is baseball is mostly about minimizing the low points, and Baez not only has this figured out but is working towards accomplishing it. If both he and Russell continue on their current trajectories this team will easily top 100 wins.

Now to just get Soler going (and Heyward, who&#039;s a separate issue).]]></description>
