		<description><![CDATA[Great article. I really like Hammer. He&#039;s not an ace, but he doesn&#039;t have to be. I think sometimes fan expect the Cubs to have 5 aces on the starting rotation. The problem with 5 aces is that would cost a lot of money. Sometimes you need a guy who signs a 2 year $18m deal to fill in the back end of the rotation and pitch OKAY.]]></description>
