		<description><![CDATA[With Montgomery, I don&#039;t think his past performance with Seattle reflects to what he can do with the Cubs - his high GB% in front of that infield is almost as close to a guarantee of success as  you can get.

That being said, the Cubs were extremely lucky in regard to the health of their starting pitchers in 2016, and if Ross can be at least adequate as a starter he&#039;s a good insurance policy.]]></description>
